FOR AUTISM

A learning environment designed for children with Autism and developmental delays

At the Center for Achievement for Autism (CFA), our goal is to implement best practice educational and behavioral techniques to assist students in meeting their fullest potential. Activities and curriculum are designed to meet the needs of each individual student’s learning style so that they can reach academic milestones and become positive, interactive members of their community. CFA is an academic setting for students who have specific cognitive, communicative, behavioral, and sensory needs that impact their ability to learn in the regular education setting. Through individualized, targeted educational and behavioral programs with an emphasis on life skills, we set students on a pathway for a successful transition back to their home school district or to community-based activities in their future.

ACRP Center for Achievement

Provides comprehensive educational supports, where each student’s education is guided by an Individualized Education Plan (IEP), and involves collaboration with ancillary services (Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy) provided through their home school district. CFA partners with families, universities, service agencies, local government and community members to assist individuals with autism and developmental delays.
